Joel Refuerzo, Property Management Assistant

Joel Refuerzo is the Property Management Assistant for Real Property Management SAC-METRO and has been with the company for three months. He is primarily responsibilities are with the day‐to‐day functions of the property management department and assisting the Property Manager who he is assigned to work with. Also, he maintains positive customer relations by providing excellent customer service.  

Before joining Real Property Management SAC-METRO, Joel started working with real estate companies with an emphasis on customer service, sales, and client retention. He also worked for Dell, a mid-size manufacturing firm specializing in consumer products, as a Retention Customer Service rep and helped the company meet their targeted goals.

Joel enjoys reading and spending time with his kids. With a passion for learning new processes and training, he truly enjoys the property management industry and really enjoys communicating with people. He is committed to the positive experience of the customer.

He  also worked as Retention Customer Service for  Dell a mid-size manufacturing firm specializing in consumer products and helped them to meet targeted goals.
