Kari Manning, Accounting
Kari works in the Accounting Department for Real Property Management Select and has been with the company for over two years. She is primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payable duties. She also monitors utility accounts, alerting the maintenance department of potential water leaks and other utility consumption indicating possible issues.
Before joining the company, Kari worked as Maintenance Accounts Receivable – National Accounts for Property Management Business Solutions – Real Property Management Corporate and helped with franchise support by obtaining maintenance expense reimbursements.
Kari’s primary strengths are research, reconciliation, and attention to detail. She provides quick and accurate responses to tenant and owner questions, concerns, and requests for information and documentation.
Kari received her training and experience from over 35 years of hard work in office environments in several industries, including almost 15 years in the housing industry. She has worked for the RPM brand for over six years. Prior to RPM, she worked at a California Housing Authority, primarily in accounts payable and tenant receivables. Kari also worked at a low-income apartment complex in Utah as a rental office manager.
In her spare time, Kari enjoys traveling. Either jumping on the bike and exploring California or hopping in the car and visiting out-of-state family and friends. Kari is also committed to the community and regularly supports local charities by participating in motorcycle runs whenever possible throughout Central California. BACA, Bikers Against Child Abuse, is one of her favorite groups to support.
