Alan Whipple is the Leasing Agent for Real Property Management Select and has been with the company for four months. He is primarily responsible for preparing properties for leasing and marketing. He also coordinates the move-in process for new residents. Alan handles customer service for prospective tenants. He manages client inquiries and provides updates on property status.

Before joining Real Property Management Select, Alan managed his family’s small foodservice business in Stockton, CA for four years and helped to build sales continuously during that time through effective product development and advertising. His primary strengths are the ability to provide expert customer service, clear and concise communication, and efficient solutions to challenges.

Alan received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University, Stanislaus with concentrations in Geography, Political Science, and History. He also holds an Associates of Arts degree in Humanities from San Joaquin Delta College. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in CA. In his spare time, Alan enjoys hiking, gardening, and photography. He also likes to stay up-to-date on current urban development trends.
