I am a property owner. RPM rented my house very quickly, and for $200 more than what a previous prospective broker said was the expected rental rate. Moreover, they told me 2 items a previous broker told me were necessary to address prior to rental, actually were not necessary to address. I had concerns myself whether they were necessary steps. Also, they give you many rental options. All in the office have been quite professional and courteous, and have went out of their way to explain things to me. They have a good staff and outreach, but not so big that you cannot get individual attention. Finally, they provide annual reports, and coordinate inspections and other requirements diligently. At least from the property owner side, the reviews have been quite positive.
