Brandan was born and raised in Northern California, and has been in the business of residential property management, vacation rentals, and flipping homes for more than 20 years. Brandan has been with Real Property Management Select since the beginning. His knowledge and experience in all aspects of the business has helped RPM Select become the leader of the industry in Northern California. Brandan is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California.
Stan Martinez
Field Technician
Born and raised in Northern California, Stan has accumulated over 20 years of experience in general maintenance and light electrical. At 16 years of age he started working with his father’s electrical contracting outfit during the summers picking up essential trade skills. After high school Stan spent roughly 13 years working with Bank of America as a Premier lending consultant in the real estate industry. After 13 years in a cubicle Stan decided to get his hands dirty and get back out in the field. Stan spent 5 years as a Solar B.O.S. Electrical installer for Sungevity, then another 3 years installing custom high quality patio covers for Morgan’s Outdoor Living. Stan joined the RPM team in October of 2018 and has been focused on driving quality inspections and maintenance services. Stan has a proven track record of providing world class service and quality workmanship.
Scott Schlegel
Field Technician
Scott was born in Southern California and moved to the Sacramento area when he was 10. He has lived in the same 1 hour radius ever since. After exploring a few career options, he settled into the service industry where he worked in various restaurants as a repair technician for almost 15 years. With his thorough knowledge of the cities we serve and his repair technician skills gained through years of experience, Scott enjoys keeping a close eye on and caring for the properties entrusted to RPM Select.
Paola Perez
Administrative Specialist
Paola was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico but was raised in Sacramento, CA. Her friends and family call her “Pao.” When she has free time Paola enjoys spending it with family and she absolutely loves horse back riding. Her first job as a customer care representative was working for T-mobile. Paola is excited to bring all of her customer service experience to Real Property Management Select.
Connie Erispe
Accounting Specialist
With 12 years of working experience in Out of Home Advertising, Connie’s skills were developed and honed in the field of client management, operations, and office administration. Working in the Accounting team in RPM Select, Connie values the importance of accuracy, sense of accountability, constant learning, and providing reliable support to the organization. Having been exposed to team sports like volleyball and ultimate frisbee, she considers herself as a team player and actually enjoys helping out and providing solutions to any challenging situation. She believes that the key to achieving better results is through constant process improvement and becoming more systems oriented.
Amy Nuccio
Compliance Manager/Broker
Amy has lived in Northern CA all her life; both in the Sacramento and North Bay area. She went to school at CSU Sacramento where she obtained her BA. Always having an affinity for math, her employment experiences have led her to become the Accounts Manager for RPM Select, after taking on prior roles throughout the company over the years. She currently holds a CA Broker’s license. Outside of the office, she enjoys weekend trips around the area with her husband and daughter, traveling to tropical places, Giants baseball games, running 5ks, and reading fiction books.

Nick’s innovation and attention to detail has allowed Real Property Management Select to become one of the leading property management companies in Greater Sacramento and the Bay Area. Since originally opening the Real Property Management office in Solano County in early 2010, RPM Select has expanded with offices in Sacramento, Concord, and San Jose. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Nick saw firsthand the care and dedication that goes into running a successful company, and has carried that over into his own business operations. Nick works hard to optimize the systems within RPM Select to make owning rental property painless and profitable for property owners, and continually improve the experience for renters.
